Dr. Tiffany Stanley, Ph.D., LPC-S, MA, NCC, ABS, CST, UKCP Reg., is a licensed psychotherapist, supervisor, clinical sexologist, and AASECT Certified Sex Therapist with over 20 years of clinical experience. She specializes in women’s emotional wellbeing, intimacy, desire, attachment, and identity across major life transitions. Dr. Stanley is the founder of Tiffany Stanley Therapy, where she works with individuals and couples using a trauma-informed, integrative approach that blends neuroscience, evidence-based psychology, and embodied, pleasure-centered practices. Her clinical training includes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), allowing her to address both the nervous system and relational dynamics with depth and care. Known for her grounded, compassionate, and nonjudgmental voice, Dr. Stanley helps clients move out of shame, performance, and disconnection and into self-trust, authenticity, and aliveness. She is passionate about normalizing conversations that many people—especially women—were taught to silence, including desire, boundaries, sexuality, power, grief, and self-worth. Dr. Stanley is a Board-Certified Clinical Sexologist, a Diplomate of the American Board of Sexologists, a Heal Your Life Workshop Leader, and a Certified Professional Life Coach. She has presented nationally and internationally in medical, academic, and women’s health settings and is a frequent podcast guest and speaker on intimacy, sexuality, and empowerment.
